Sessions: Once we have processed your payment for coaching sessions, we will be in touch within 3 working days to book your session time(s) into the diary with you. 

If you need a session more urgently, then give us a call and we will do our best to slot you in sooner. 

For the support packages, it is the date of your first session (and not the date of payment) that is taken as the date your support started.

Note: We accept payments by debit/credit card or Paypal, and we use PAYPAL to process your payments securely.
